Was invited to the Singapore Sling Bar with Daniel and Calvin for a food tasting session of their recently-launched products.
Singapore Sling Pizza~
Prawns, baby clams meat, crabmeat (not just the crab stick, but real crab meat) and pineapple to throw in the *sling feel. 😀
Kind of like a normal Seafood pizza, ‘cept the diff is in the thin crust and the real crab meat. You are looking at 3 layers in the photo above. not bad..
This is their Chili Crab Pizza. My goodness, its oven baked, I dont understand how on earth do they maintain the ‘juice’ inside the softshell crab. Serious lo, I fold it into half like a clam, then proceed to bite through. wah… the ‘juice’ dripped onto my hand. Messy, Yes. Tasty, Yes. Approve? Yes. 😀 Nice!
and another chili crab item:
Chili Crab Spaghetti, I appreciate that I can still feel the substance of the crab meat in the sauce although we did spend time to take photographs. Like you know if you eat things thats less warm, the food may loss its taste or not as nice. This was surprisingly alright. The crab meat stirred in the sauce was still succulent. *thUmbS Up.
Black Pepper Crab Spaghetti
Very peppery? not really, probably thats why they indicate it as “Mildly spicy for pepper lovers”.
Tandoori Chicken Pizza
Its good for those that love their food with strong taste. Cos when you introduce it into your mouth. You can taste the Tandoori. Hmm..
next up… hey hey… Temptation island..
I meant Chocolate Lava cake with Ice Cream~
The chocolate doesnt just flow out as milk chocolate would,
so thats good chocolate
