Epson’s New Projectors!

Went by to Epson’s new projector’s launch the other day, pretty impressed with what I see. 🙂

Talk about Projection at short distance, Talk about Projector that has a dock to dock on your Apple product and let it screen~

Ya man, this guy is presenting to us using his iPhone.

Above being compatible with Apple products, what caught me was the 10watt speakers, and make that two. Wah… I sure would like the idea of plug-and-play from my Marilyn when I reach home, continuing the current playlist. I love my Shure ear phones, and having quality sound heard from all areas of the house.

Share Cab anyone?

Got caught in one of those #smrtruinslife moment!
So went to the Taxi stand to get a cab

Yes… the queue is insane…
So stood there waiting,
one cab go by,
another cab,
another cab,

Was on the phone on the other hand to call a cab…

Cos I really dont want to be late.

Then Praise the Lord, its my turn finally a cab arrived.

I thought, I bet other people waiting in the stand are feeling the way I was just now, so why not make someones day by sharing the cab. Hell, if its along the same way I can save some cab fare too.

So I turned around and called out

“I’m going Orchard, share cab anyone?” “Orchard, share cab?”

Christmas Lighting w SJS

Went by to Orchard Road for Christmas Lighting shoot with Shutterjourney Singapore. 🙂
Perhaps its the tiredness from the long day of work so my photos were limited.
My previous year’s photos were nice too I feel. 🙂 More variety, less post-processing (not that post processing is not good, some photos are nicer after PP).

Here we go:

This photo looked as though Orchard iON was superimposed 😀

Press Release:
A SECOND CLUB MED RESORT IN CHINA

Club Med announces the opening of a Club Med Resort in Guilin

Singapore, 1 December 2011 – Club Med has signed an agreement with Guilin Yuzi Paradise that calls for the pre-opening of a second Club Med Resort in China in Guilin, Guangxi Province, in August 2012.

Currently a Relais & Châteaux site, this future premium resort, catering in particular to families, will open in the summer of 2012. In 2013, it will be fully aligned with Club Med standards and Club Med will operate and market the Resort through a ten-year management contract with site owner Guilin Yuzi Paradise.

Guilin attracted more than 20 million Chinese tourists and 1.4 million international visitors in 2010. Located in Guangxi province in southern China, Guilin is one of the country’s prime tourist destinations, renowned for its unique scenery. Guilin is also ideally situated for easy access. The city’s international airport is 45 minutes from the Club Med Resort and an hour’s flight from Hong Kong and Guangzhou.

In line with Club Med’s goal of becoming a leading provider of luxury, all-inclusive vacations for Chinese customers, three other resort projects at seaside or cultural destinations have already been identified or are in the planning stage.

Club Med has decided to strengthen its presence in upscale resorts in China by opening five resorts between now and 2015. The objective for 2015 is to attract 5% to 10% of China’s potential 4 and 5-star resort customers. On the basis of this outlook, Club Med could attract 200,000 Chinese clients in 2015 and China could become Club Med’s second largest market worldwide in terms of client numbers.

Cheers,
Amanda

Ecc 3:11 @ Tangs

Was walking down Orchard Road when Tang’s Christmas decor caught my eyes.

I love how the lights and the words just jumped out to me.
The simple message “He has made everything beautiful in its time.”

That this much time of the year has past and we are stepping into the last month, we have come this far.
That no matter the struggle of the year. No matter the things that had happened, “He has made everything beautiful in its time.”
