Went by to Zi Yean Restaurant the other day, its at Red Hill area.
They have this 30% discount promo for all dine-in.
I was surprise that if you have left over, cannot take away one… even if its just one basket of it…

it was oki… probably wont go back again though there 30% discount… the Whole oily aftertaste in the mouth :/
