2010 was a huge year for me, like so busy, in a good way.
Met alot of new people, caught the shutterhappy bug, met Amanda Val Ng (literally).
Putting my 2010 entries into 4 categories,

Hat-py Party
met so many friends there that continued the net-relationship till now.
Then came the Hat-py Party aftermath of Potluck and BBQ
Had a great Christmas gathering – #23xmas last night. 🙂 Not a lot of people. Just 8 of us, not alot.
It’s the 1st time meeting each other for some of us.
I love how the conversation went, catch up on things that didn’t really matter, but you can totally relate to and stretch the conversation. From there really learn about the other person.
I didnt sleep well at all last night………………………………………
Bcos I ate before I slept………………………………
It was almost 11pm when I got on bed.
10mins into lying down my stomach grumble…
and losing fats means I must ensure that my body knows it will be fed whenever it is hungry.
So I told myself. Oki… “Woman, you need to get up and feed yourself.”
In case you didnt know why.
Besides binge-ing due to hunger, another way of becoming fat is by starving oneself.
Bcos the body recognizes that it will not be fed hence it will quickly convert food into fats as a ‘self defense’
so no, cannot let that happen, so must eat whenever hungry.
So I got up went out to buy Bao.
I had 2 small baos…
